Alexey has been a part of the CDK Global (then ADP DSI) operation since 2009, when he established CDK Global’s office in Moscow. In 2012, Alexey moved onto a new challenge by taking up the CIO position with Russia’s largest automotive dealer group, Rolf. It was there that he launched and successfully accomplished a complete IT operations turnaround.
In June 2014 Alexey returned to CDK Global (ADP) to become General Manager for the DSI Middle East. Alexey is married with two children, and taking up this position also involved the relocation of his family to Dubai from Moscow.
US educated, with over twenty years of international professional experience, superb knowledge of IT and the Automotive Industry, Alexey brings with him a wealth of invaluable knowledge and experience. His background will no doubt help the CDK Global Middle East operations going forward.
Alexey’s academic achievements include a Master’s degree in Economics and Finance from Dartmouth College, NH, USA and a BA from the International University in Moscow. He also successfully graduated from the Tuck Bridge Program at Tuck Amos School of Business Administration.
Justin joined CDK Global (then ADP Dealer Services International) in 2011 as Manager, Sales Operations. He developed sales leadership, education, enablement and automation programmes that were rolled out across the international business, improving the way that CDK Gloabl Sales Team worked with clients and internally, maximising efficiency and sales performance.
In January 2014, Justin transitioned to his current role, relocating his family to Dubai, where he has made an immediate impact, implementing many of the initiatives he previously developed and using his experience to move the team to the next level of maturity, building on the early market success of Autoline Drive. Justin’s passion is helping automotive businesses to improve performance, with CDK Global technology supporting the best practice principles he applies.
Pieter first joined CDK Global (then ADP DSI South Africa) in 2004 as the head of Projects and Consulting for the Commercial unit and shortly after took on responsibility for the same functions within the automotive unit. Pieter was elected as a member of the Country Management team in 2006. He moved into CDK Global Sales and Account Management in 2007, during this time Pieter spent a successful 3-4 years developing the business. In 2010 he moved back into the management team as Director of Operations taking responsibility for Aftersales, Support, Customer Care, R&D as well as Hosting.
In 2013, Pieter moved to Dubai in order to head up Operations within the Middle East.
Pieter is passionate about leadership development and takes his personal development very seriously. In 1996 he graduated with Bachelors in Commerce Informatics and is also a PRINCE II Practitioner. Pieter successfully completed a MDP through the University of Manchester in 2003. He ended top of his class in the 2012/2013 General Management Programme at the leading business school in South Africa and is currently enrolled in the PACE program for CDK Global management development.
Pieter believes in respect, relationships and results, and drives himself to lead others to these principals.
Peter joined CDK Global (then ADP Gulf) in 2010 as part of an acquisition as an Aftersales Director. Peter assumed responsibility of product strategy in the Middle East in November 2014 and will be working closely with CDK Global UK and our valued customers to cater to the evolving customer requirements in the market.
Prior to this, as an Aftersales Director, he has helped successfully integrate the acquired company over the first two years, implementing internal systems for resource management and revenue forecasting. He was also involved in the process of standardizing the various legacy variants of the DMS installed at dealerships in the region.
Peter setup a structured delivery team that grew 200% in strength and consistently delivered double digit growth over the last four years.
Prior to joining CDK Global, Peter spent over 17 years in the Middle East consulting in the automotive ERP domain. He was also responsible for certifying companies for ISO certification and assisting a team of scientists in simulation programme development as part of his tenure with Department of Electronics, Govt. of India.
Peter holds a Bachelors in Computer Application and a Diploma in Industrial Electronics. He is passionate about customer service and has built a great relationship with customers in the Middle East. Outside work, Peter enjoys speding quality time with his wife and son. He also enjoys sports, camping and travel.
